More from Deadline.

The Sundance Institute has named David Linde as its next CEO.

Appian Way, led by Leonardo DiCaprio, has boarded the documentary ‘The Lake’ ahead of its Sundance World Premiere.

The Amazon MGM action comedy ‘The Wrecking Crew’ stars Jason Momoa and Dave Bautista as estranged half-brothers with a score to settle.

Producers include Olien, Cary Floyd (Remember the Alamo Concert), Griffin Gmelich (Down to Earth with Zac Efron), Heather White Rezner, and cinematographer Nick Higgins.

The other actors involved will be announced soon. The project is still in production, with numerous episodes shot and in post-production.

Olien, an alternative medicine and plant-based nutrition advocate, stated,

“I have traveled the world looking for solutions to so many of the issues we face today, and I discovered that searching for—and finding—happiness in our various locations was the only solution needed.”

Aquaman star Jason Momoa remarked of his efforts on the finished series, “People and the planet are at the heart of everything I do.”

Getting to embark on this adventure alongside Darin, a friend and Earth fighter, makes it even more precious.

We’re looking into what binds us together, what keeps us going, and why protecting it is so important.

The producers, who are handling sales, will premiere a seven-minute sizzle trailer at Sundance next week.

The screening will take place on January 24 at the World of Hyatt on Main Street.
